I want to preorder through apple, but my contract is up for full upgrade on the 22nd. Right now it is the reduced price. But if I preorder on the 15th, will I be charged for the normal price or the real discounted price (22nd)?

As long as your contract expires any time in 2010, you are fully eligible for the lowest price as of right now, I think.
