I want to preorder through apple, but my contract is up for full upgrade on the 22nd. Right now it is the reduced price. But if I preorder on the 15th, will I be charged for the normal price or the real discounted price (22nd)? 🙁

As long as your contract expires any time in 2010, you are fully eligible for the lowest price as of right now, I think.
