I saw that if you send *new# from your phone you'd get a text from AT&T with your eligibility. My reply was that I was eligible with an $18- administrative fee. Not sure if that means I'm eligibile for $199- or the $299- price.

Your eligible for an upgrade at $199 for the 16GB model or $299 for the 32GB model.
