Eligible for full upgrade after 1 year?

I've been eligible to upgrade for a 3-4 months now. I purchased my iPhone 4 in August. I don't know if it matters that I have a FAN discount through my company. My bill is roughly $82/month with 450 minutes, unlimited text, and 2GB Data Pro plan.
 
Mine shows that I am eligible on 6/25/11

I have bought an iPhone every year on release day. So It looks as though we may have a launch date??
