Eliminate password on Entourage

I don't know what I did but now when I open Entourage on my iMac and try to download message it asks for my password.

I've tried everything I can think of to eliminate it as it was before, but, nothing.

I've tried the remember password button and it doesn't work.

Help, it's frustrating.

Do you mean you get this prompt when you read a message or when you download an attachment? If it's the former, it could be a server-side bug which should hopefully clear itself up in the not so distant future. My email provider does that to me every now and then too.
