I've calibrated it and I'm seeing the yellow Mostly on black drop shadows, the dock and Adium. Webhostingtalk.com along the sides is one of the worst. Has anybody actually figured out how to de-yellow? I tried the calibration file posted in one thread and it looked awful to me, but apparently they did it with a physical calibration unit. Guess it just doesn't work with mine. Its just the basic SR MBP with 4GB RAM. Except for the yellow (and the dock, for some reason it looks weird) the rest looks amazing.
