General Elite 7 After Hours?

I have already bought the Elite 7 package in Cydia, and am wanting to get the After Hours addon for it. Is it free for Elite 7 purchasers, or is the only way to buy it from his website through the PayPal link?

I have it, but it's from the devs repo and only he can give that out.
