eMac to G5

Can I use a Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger) upgrade, made for a , to upgrade my G5 os 10.3.9?

I don't understand the language you're using....

You have an eMac. The disc you have -- is it...

1) A retail install disc
2) A system restore CD or DVD
3) An "upgrade" disc that was provided because you bought a computer that shipped with Panther right after Tiger came out?

if the disks came with your emac, they are specific to that machine. You won't be able to use them on your g5, if I recall.

If you purchased an upgrade, you can only use one upgrade per machine.
