I'm wanting to change my emac (panther) to a tiger operating system. I can purchase a OSX Tiger on ebay. What should I watch out for as I'd like to do a full install? Thanks

Nothing I can think of. I have an old eMac I upgraded to Tiger a while ago, and there were no problems at all.

Make sure you get the full retail version of Tiger (black disks)

The bundled disks that came with other models of Macs (gray disks) most often will NOT work on your machine -- they are specific to the machine models they were bundled with.
