Email accounts in Outlook 2011

I've setup IMAP accounts and all are working well.

However one account has a different folder structure to the rest of them. This account is a gmx account.

How do I get it to behave like the rest; sent folders and junk-e-mail folder all under the account so I then get the little green click-down arrow?
