I pre-ordered the new iPad and I was hoping to receive an order confirmation email after a couple of hours but instead I got this.

We have been unable to obtain payment for your order.
We will continue to attempt to obtain authorization for your order for

If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date

I called my bank and I found out that I don't have enough funds on my credit card. I'd like to change my the credit card I used on this order to one that has enough funds on it but it says in the email to do that I have to login with my Apple ID. The problem is I placed the order as a guest. Is there a way I can cancel my order or change the card's number? Instead of doing the whole thing again.
It was going to ship March 16. If I pre-ordered again it'll ship March 19
EDIT: I tried calling Apple, but their lines are busy.
