eMail Address Book ?

Hello,

Regarding an "Address Book" for all your eMail addresses like Windows had, is there an
"Address Book" for the mac, or is the Contacts App the closest thing ?

I looked, but just could not find any labeled Address Book, or Addresses, or....

Running high Sierra, and using the Mac "Mail" App.

Contacts is the default application that houses...contacts. In there you can put email addresses and sync the contacts across devices with iCloud. If you setup your Exchange or another Internet Service that has contacts, they will sync to the Contacts application as well.
