I have a jailbroken 2.2 phone, with statusnotifier installed. I love how it puts icons in the menubar for new emails, but I was wondering if there's any winterboard theme or anything that can also provide a bubble on the lockscreen when an email is received (similar to the bubble for texts & missed calls)?

Thanks in advance

Doesn't this kind of defeat the purpose of having a lockscreen at all (preventing inadvertant button pushes)?

Since when does the iPhone have "buttons"? When are you going to "accidentally" press an icon on the LockDockBar, unless you deliberately turn on the display to unlock it? The phone's display will not turn on in your pocket, and even if it did, it will not press an icon.

You cannot "accidentally" press a button on the iPhone. The only way you could press an icon, is if you meant to.
