i got an email from appleid@id.apple.com saying for me to varify something cause i changed my account address but i didnt. is this really from apple or should i worry about it? also when i click verify now in the email it cant find the page and says error.

Looks like phishing to me. I wouldn't click any links in that e-mail.

If the address really is appleid@id.apple.com its a legit address (beware though! sometimes emails will show one address but send to another!)

If you didn't change anything just go in and change your passwords and you should be fine.
