email from Cingular locking up Entourage

I have an email from Cingular in my inbox that I cannot view. it locks up Entourage then shuts it down after 3-4 minutes. I just upgraded to a new phone, so I think it's a welcome email.

I'm up to date on all upgrades on Tiger and MS Office.

I just want to delete the email! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
