Email header info

I'm not sure if this has been dealt with elsewhere but my searches came up blank.

I have an email on my iPhone which I need the long header info from. The email is no longer on the pop server so I cant just access it from my Mac mail.

Can anyone help?

You can try forwarding it to yourself.

Please use IMAP, POP3 is antiquated, and there is absolutely no good excuse for using it.

Well that hasn't worked but thanks for the suggestion. Any more ideas
