Email issue on iPad

    I have just added a second hotmail account to my iPad and I cannot seem to retrieve any emails I know the account has been added and It is appearing but when I try to retrieve emails there is not a single one. The other account is working fine though

    Any advice on how to fix this would be very much appreciated

    If its set up as a POP account which I believe it is, you'll only start receiving new emails.

    In order to retrieve all your past emails it would have to be set up as an IMAP account.

    Check the FAQ or help pages of Hotmail to see if you can do this with a free account.
