When i click on an email link in a site to contact, then by default Mail app opens! Is there a way to override the opening with Mail and just simply be able to copy the email link in order to use it with my web based email acount?

If you right-click and copy the link, it won't launch anything.

true, but what happens if the link is in a flash based site? when i click then Mail opens. Can i set it for other mail apps to open, or by someway to retreive the email adress without Mail opening?

i cannot enter the Mail Prefs because i dont want to setup email account. therefore i cannot get further than the first dialogue box... what do i do?
