Email Merge with Apple Mail

Anyone know how to Email merge with Apple Mail .app? I've searched and searched on the web and haven't found anything good yet...

You can just add your email accounts to mail as many as you like. Then, they will be merged automatically.

Actually I'm looking for a mail merge program to send emails. I have a list of 100 email address and names. I want to merge the names into a "to" field in the message itself.

Any ideas?
