That's what I first thought but that is the address listed on their website. Do you think the problem is on my end or theirs?

Do you need to set your mail settings to require a login to the SMTP server?

Also, sometimes an SMTP server might want you to use port 26 instead of 25 to reduce the number of spambots on a system.
