iPhone Email not syncing automatically

Ever since I updated my iPhone 6+ to IOS 9 my email will not sync automatically. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Also when I receive a text message sometimes my phone will only vibrate but not ring. Anyone having these problems?

Yes, I have all those issues you mentioned. I hope the next update fixes all this.
