Last night my iMac sent out several emails through my Yahoo account using contacts in my Contacts List that I had no knowledge of until I noticed them in my "Sent" folder this morning.😱 Has anyone else had this happen to them? Do we now have a virus on the iMac? If we don't have a virus how did this happen and how can I prevent it from happening again? Thanks.

I doubt it was your iMac that sent the e-mails. About three months ago someone was able to get into my gmail account via the web interface and do the same thing. Since then I've changed the password to the longer string of characters, removed all contacts from the web version of gmail and disabled all filters etc. If I were you, I would immediately change your yahoo e-mail password and make sure noone has setup an filters or rules to autoforward anything.
