wont work with this idiotic iCloud. Never ever had a problem until I had to switch from MobileMe..

If I try to reset my account by deleting it from my iphone then turning phone off then back on and reset the account, "push" will work for a few hours then stop. WTF ? anyone ?

i think you don't tell every think.
but you go to setting manu and restore your phone.
may solve your problem

Yep, there is NO solution here. It's broken. Push simply no longer works.
