email sent to first name and last name

Hi everyone,

When my boss replies to email it goes to "first name"@domain.com and "last name"@domain.com ie: john@domain.com and doe@domain.com
it is very annoying. I deleted her email account (Exchange) and created again, still the same.

Have you faced this bug?
