    Hi,

I am looking for a new email service as i have been using Gmail for 2 years but recently not satisfied. I thought thought about MobileMe and it has features that would be beneficial but at its high price and rocky road service i'm not sure if i should invest. I am therefore looking for a new email service that is compatible with Mail.app and is free (I am open to customizable domains too).

    Thanks.

Any email service that offers free POP or IMAP access will be compatible with mail.app.

What were your issues with gmail?

Dropped service (some email just were not coming through). Slow web interface (took ages to load when on their site probably because of the millions of users) And my long email address (since i made it when i lived in England the domain was googlemail.com whereas in the USA its gmail.com?)

I have a live.co.uk address but hate it, way to much spam.
