I've had my yahoo and gmail account mail setup in my iphone, when I first bought it and a new message comes into the inbox it alerts me that I have a new email, however till now.. it's been 3 months and I've never seen that auto update again.. is there some settings that I need to check?

Settings>Fetch New Data
Make sure Push is on (it doesn't exactly work all the time, but its better if its on)
