    when i go to email on my watch ,there may be one or two emails there but then it says i must unlock my iphone to fetch more..

    is there a way around this so that i dont have to unlock my phone all the time

    You can try to go to the Watch app on your iPhone, then go to Mail, check Custom, then check Mirror my iPhone. May resolve your issue.
