Let's say you have a pending order with Apple and you have a question, but don't feel like calling cutomer service on the telephone (i.e. navigating an automated menu, waiting on hold and then talking to an idiot). Instead, let's say you want to email customer service. Sorry -- not unless it's about .mac or theiTunes Store.

Does anyone know why email support is only available for .mac and iTunes?

Hey Kirk, how are you my friend?

Well, the best way to contact someone is by here sjobs@apple.com

They'll be quick to respond to your email... especially if it concerns a Mac Pro. I emailed them, got a responding call but got no real help though. The shipping date is supposed to be tomorrow... I can't wait to see that. I'm kinda disillusioned.

Good luck!
