Emails going to spam

Not all but some like Amazon emails are all going to Spam.

Can someone tell me why?

Assuming you are using the Mail app? Might also help to let people know if you are using a gmail or outlook account or what.

I had the same identical problem with Mac Mail. The following YouTube Video solved it, it is a very easy fix and will take you about two minutes. Good Luck.
