emails have no graphics or pictures

hi tried this Q in macbook pro but no luck maybe this is the right forum
in regard to my emails in macbook pro

the pictures and graphics that would normally come in an email are not there just letters numbers
as per example below (no pics etc just writing)
attachtment pictures are ok

Ask the person to take pictures out of their signature, because it will never display the same on all e-mail clients.
