Sorry forgot to put what I am using... It’s a Macbook Pro and my iCloud account is not receiving anything.. I usually get at least 20 - 30 emails a day...

For what it is worth, I just sent myself a test email (goes through through two ISPs and ends up in my iCloud mailbox. Might have taken a few seconds longer than normal but it worked ok.

Have you checked your mail at iCloud.com? Maybe they are getting there but Mail.app is confused?
