Embroidery Software?

Does anyone know of embroidery software where you can CREATE/digitize your own designs on a MAC for an embroidery machine. I've only been able to find software for PC users or software where all you can do is adjust colors, size etcetera.

I don't know anything about embroidery, but if I google 'embroidery software mac' it comes up with a number of different results, including a plug-in for Illustrator. Are none of these suitable?

If not, consider running Windows on your Mac either through Bootcamp or an emulator to use the software you need. Further info in the Windows on the Mac forum.
