Twice now since I have bought my Z3 I have had my phone pocket dial the emergency services, is there a way of removing this without rooting the phone?

Apologies if this has been asked before but most results I could find were from at least a year ago.

I looked for this myself and the only way I found (without rooting) is to remove the screen lock ...

The button on my phone doesn't instantly dial the emergency number, it just opens up a dialler.
