I updated to iOS 8.3 last night, and my emoji keyboards seems to have only updated halfway. Every face has turned yellow, but the new interface with the side-scrolling, and the hold-down menu for different skin tones is non-existent. Anyone know why this is, or how to fix?

    Thanks,
    Greg

Only the actual people have skin tone options, not the smileys.

That looks like a custom emoji-board from a 3rd party keyboard. Jus tap the globe to cycle through your keyboards. If you can't find it still, try disabling your third party keyboard.

That is swiftkey's custom Emoji keyboard. To get the Apple one, you would need to hold down on the little happy face, then select "switch to other keyboard."

That's what I noticed too. The OP needs to use Apple's stock Emoji keyboard to see the new ones.
