Emoji Missing in iPhone 4/iOS4 ??

I used Typing Genius to enable the Emoji Emoticons on my iPhone 3G, but it no longer works on my iPhone 4. I wonder if the developers of typing genius just need to do an update or if Apple blocked this.

Anyone else able to get the emoticons working?
 
Ok I found that one. Now how do I find the actual emoticons after enabling the Emoji keyboard?

I don't have the little globe button at the bottom left like I did with the Japanese one on my 3G.

Are you using 4.0 GM? I had to restore to the official release for it to start working.
 
Have you tried using Spell Number to enable Emoji? I know you said you tried Typing Genius, just wondering if any alternatives work.
 
Haven't tried any other apps since there is now an official Emoji keyboard, just haven't figured out how to actually access the emoticons once I have enabled the emoji keyboard in general settings.
 
Didn't need a reboot for me, but apps that were still "running" in the background I had to shut down and restart for the keyboard to update
 
Are you guys just going to Settings>General>Keyboard>International Keyboards>Add New Keyboard then selecting Emoji? Because I'm not seeing it anywhere. Did you guys that see it restore from backup? Or set your phone up as new?
 
Set up as new - installed Spell Number, launched it, typed in 91929394.59, pressed the home button, then go to settings and choose to add a keyboard and Emoji was there

Can someone please comment on this? I am not seeing the Emoji keyboard anywhere on my iPhone 4.
 
go to your app store and download emoji icon and install it then follow the rest of the instrustion from other post then u will see emoji by itself. I had the same problem until I tried downloading emoji.🙂

Are you talking about one that does not require a 3rd party app?
