Bit of a different question but because I have a dry skin condition which aggravates my excema I need to use a lot of emollients like e45 to keep my skin soft and hydrated, so my hands can be a bit greecie like sometimes. Just wondering really how computers cope with greece if say I am plugging something in or out., putting a DVD in the drive, moving monitor. Using a 24 inch iMac. I usually try to make sure my hands are dry or the disk I am putting in the drive is dry but sometimes I forget, so far no apparently damage but electronic wise to pose a hazard does it need to be wet or is greecy enough?

I get my keyboard and mouse greecie with it and that doesn't seem to have made much of a difference.

Your computer will probably be fine. If ever you feel the need to get a laptop then you may have to get an external mouse because a trackpad will struggle with greasy fingers. Also, pick the CDs and DVDs up by the edges to avoid getting too much grease on the flat sides of the disc. All in all, the computer'll be fine. :)
