Everytime when I start up my macbookpro I don't see the desktop anymore but I see this internetwindow. It is not fully loaded and in the activity window/frame it is mentioned as a frame that is not loaded.

In Windows is a function called msconfig.exe where you can find wich stuff loads as the pc starts.
Where can I find the same in Mac?
There must be a startup list where I can shut off this automatic loading of this
    frame at every startup.

Did you quit Safari before shutting off your Mac?
