Emulate Old OS for fun?

I have a old MBP (Mid '11) sitting around. I thought it might be fun to play around with the older Mac OS's.

Is there a way to boot from USB or emulate OS8 or 9 on a Intel Mac?

Here's the easiest way to do it:

Just download the "chubby bunny" folder, put it anywhere you wish.
Inside there is an item named "Classic".
Double-click on it and away you go...
