i was just wondering if there is a way to emulate OSX server inside of my mbp. i would like to test a few things before i implement them. is there anyway to do this?? thanks.

MacOS X Server is MacOS X with additional utilities to manage its server functions. It is not a separate OS. If there are things that you don't understand, explain what you want to do and then ask for help doing them.

It would be nice from a development standpoint, or a database standpoint to be able to run another version of OS X as a VM.

I don't know any way of doing this besides doing a hackintosh inside a VM program.
