So I recently took the plunge and purchased a fulled loaded 27" iMac, and while moving my apps and data from my prior iMac has been mostly seamless, there's one sticking point that is keeping me up at night--EMUlaunch no longer seems to be working with MAME OS X.

Currently I have OpenEmu set up and working for Nintendo, Genesis, and Super Nintendo games, while Dolphin is handling Gamecube games and my own port of Project64 is working for N64. However, as my screenshots depict, EMUlaunch doesn't seem to be seeing my MAME OS X folder, even when I point directly to it.

All I keep getting is "undefined" when I select MAME in the EMUlaunch dashboard.

Testing MAME OS X on its own reveals that it works flawlessly, so I think MAME isn't the culprit. All other emulators/ROMs are working, and the it should also be noted that I had no issues on the prior iMac (also running Lion).

I've removed and reinstalled both EMUlaunch, MAME OS X, and have moved the MAME OS X support folder (originally residing in ~/Library/Application Support/), but nothing seems to remedy the issue.

I'm sure I'm missing something stupid-simple, any thoughts?

Figured it out ... in case anyone runs into the same issue in migrating--it seems that sometimes EMUlaunch won't generate an XML file for MAME, which is what it needs to list the games (this and all other EMUlaunch XML files should reside in ~/Library/Preferences/). For inventory's sake, you need the following XML files--

EMUlaunch-games.xml
EMUlaunch-lastrun.xml
EMUlaunch-mame.xml

If you have to manually move the mame.xml file over yourself, remember to mod the paths to games according to your new setup. The XML file opens in Word, Text Editor, etc., and once you open it everything inside should be self explanatory.
