“Enable Moderation” seems to be a question over the option “media type”? Meaning?

I looked up my content on here to see if anyone had answered a question I asked several days ago though I didn’t see anything in my alerts. When I clicked on my content I saw a button above my post saying or asking “Enable Moderation “ and one option under it (I didn’t find any other) said “media types”

I don’t know what this means so I can’t respond. I also can’t find a help section per se, but search doesn’t bring up anything relevant or recent.
Thanks for any help. Newbie learning.
