Enable Rubber-Band Scrolling with mouse?

    I get it on the magic mouse.. so are you talking about a regular mouse?

    Yeah I have a mighty mouse and I like the effect, but don't want a magic mouse

    It doesn’t really make sense, because other mouses scroll by notches, so if you reach the bottom there is no inertia which would carry you past the page, hence no rubber band effect.

    I'm using Smart Scroll and it works perfect for my needs.
