I was looking around and discovered that TRIM is not enabled on my intel SSD. Is it possible to enable trim?

This is the model: INTEL SSDSA2M160G2GC

That's normal. In Lion even with an Apple SSD that option is greyed out.

There seems to be some differences as to whether the app really does enable trim correctly in Lion. You draw your own conclusions: http://http://digitaldj.net/2011/07/21/trim-enabler-for-lion/

I assume you are trying to TRIM free space on the drive? To do that (after enabling the TRIM hack), boot to single user mode then type in the command "fsck -ffy" (without the quotes).
