Resolved Enabled Voice Memo iCloud, can't delete data

I've enabled Voice Memo iCloud by mistake

Even tough I have no iCloud Drive enabled (so voice memo backup should still be disabled) I now have 66mb occupied on my iCloud, before I had only 23mb

Managing iCloud from iPhone shows no data, but there must be something else

Any idea?
