I installed the new watch update today, but I'm having trouble doing the configuration on my iPhone. I went into the Health app and I don't see anything for enabling the ECG. I'm running IOS 12.1.1

Any help will be appreciated!

Same here with both beta versions installed. I'm not given the opportunity to update, so I assume the beta is the release. Is that wrong?

Do I need to do something to get it?

Open the ECG app on the watch first and it will prompt you to set up in the health app on your iPhone. When you pic up your phone it should be on the screen and just follow the prompts.

You need to delete the beta profiles from both your watch and the iPhone to get the official releases. The betas are not the same as the finals yesterday or today.

Well got a download for the phone but watch still insists it's up to date

Thanks guys. I forgot to delete the watch beta profile in the watch app, got it on the phone but not the app. Once I got rid of it all worked.
