Hi all,
Trying to enable Perl / CGI. Ive got the instructions to edit etc/httpd/httpd.config, but im hitting a few obstacles:
1) I don't have write access to etc/httpd/httpd.config, even though I am using my own laptop on full admin rights.
So, I figured that seeing as I am running MAMP, I could edit the /mamp/conf/apache/httpd.config file instead, but:
2) I get internal server error when running the cgi script through browser (firefox); and
3) My mysql server has stopped running, and wont restart (can probably fix this by reinstalling backup copy of httpd.config).
Regardless of the first issue, am I right in thinking that I should be able to edit the MAMP httpd.config file to get cgi scripts to run in my browser? Or am I missing something?
Thanks in advance,
Brad
