Anyone knows how can i set up an encription in windows?
I basically want to set a password to a folder in windows so that only people that know the password can see whts in the folder...can it be done?
If yes, how?
 
usually for a question like this you would want to go to a windows forum...

but here is the answer:
if you have windows xp pro you can simply right-click and select encrypt...otherwise, you have to get a 3rd party program to allow you to do this.

you can also click on properties and check whether you want it to be read-only, readwrite, ect.
 
Damn. I thought 'enciption' would be some cool new technology set to revolutionise our lives.
