I got an ATV about 3-4 weeks ago and decided to rip all of my DVD movies (like most people here🙂 ). I found this to be very time consuming, and rightfully so, but I am wondering if there is a more efficient way of doing it. I am doing this in 2 phases:

Rip the DVD in Handbrake to ATV format
Convert the M4V file to iPhone format using Visual Hub. This takes forever of course and I found a thread suggesting renaming the ext to MP4.

My question(s) is this, is there a better way of doing this and is there a single format that I can use with ATV and iPhone that doesn't cost me in quality?
