On my iPhone 6 I need to turn my wi-fi off in the office to make the functions work properly.

it’s internet, emails, and texts that do not work unless WiFi s turned off. How can I correct this issue?

It seems as if her phone will ONLY let her use WiFi OR Data in the office not both.

Have some basic things been tried? Like restarting the phone? Perhaps resetting network settings?

And if only WiFi is enabled in the office (and cellular is completely disabled) does that work? Perhaps there's something with the WiFi network there?

Hi, the Phone has been restarted, I had her forget networks she does not use...WiFi and Cellular are both permitted in the office. I am not sure about the resetting of the network settings. I will check tomorrow.
