But on a more on topic note, I doubt the prompt is as literal as you're taking it. Just use as much description as you can.

I would either start off with the drive to your neighborhood and observing the other houses.

Or maybe I would talk about the smell of the new house. Every house has a distinct smell, you get used to it unless you go on vacation for a week or more.

Once upon a time, when I was in fourth grade, we moved into a new house and it was on Newbury Street and I liked it more than my old house, but I still kinda missed my old house, but that's okay. My little sister liked the pizza place by our old house. Anyways, the house, we moved in around November. This was hard for my parents. Because they had to move a lot of stuff. In a truck. I wanted to help but my parents told me that I couldn't help. They always tell me that I'm useless and can't help no matter what. Sometimes I just wish that I would be more appreciated in my house, that I could get praise for my chores. And my good school work. My sister is babied, and gets pizza. So anyways as I was saying, we moved into a house.
